Support for Parents

Be part of the "PEP Squad" -- Parents Empowering Parents

Need a little PEP right about now?

The PEP Squad is a group of parents of children with diabetes who support each other during different life stages and experiences with diabetes.  Not just for parents, the PEP Squad has grown to include grandparents, caregivers and "peers empowering peers" with diabetes.

PEP Talk is YOUR sounding board.  You can vent or complain if you need to...or just get a fresh perspective from another diabetes parent just like you.

We promise...you will feel more hopeful when you're part of the PEP Squad and get the PEP Talk.  You might just feel a little inspired, too.

There are 3 ways to PEP up your day!

Join us on Facebook.  It's a closed group page...so feel free to share news, express frustrations, rejoice in triumphs and offer support.
Subscribe to the PEP Talk eNewsletter after becoming a DRInsider.  It only takes two minutes to ensure this news you can use is delivered to your inbox in real time.
Email us to connect directly to a family similar to your own.  Communicate with another parent via email or telephone, or arrange to meet up in person.

For recently diagnosed families...
