Allan L. Pashcow is an owner/partner of Town Realty Co. LLC, a Long Island-based property management firm that develops and manages apartment complexes on Long Island. He is also managing partner of Town Equities LLC, a real estate and equities investment company. A graduate of Iona College, he has spent his career in the real estate industry.
Mr. Pashcow has been instrumental in the growth of the DRI Foundation’s (DRIF) Long Island region. He has been involved with the organization since 1995, joined the Long Island regional board of directors in 2005, and currently serves as its chairman. He has served on many Foundation event committees, has co-chaired the Crystal Ball and is now a member of its executive committee.
Mr. Pashcow resides in Upper Brookville with his wife Louise, who is also a Long Island regional board member. The Pashcows have two daughters, Brianna and Shannon. The Pashcow family’s involvement with the DRI is based on their search for a cure for Louise, who has diabetes.
