Bresta Miranda-Palma, M.D. is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine.
Dr. Miranda-Palma is a practicing clinician at the Diabetes Research Institute’s Kosow Diabetes Treatment Center, where the DRI offers diabetes education and diabetes management, She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
Originally from Panama, Dr. Miranda-Palma received her medical degree from the University of Panama in 1992 and subsequently completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
