The Young Professionals Division of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation is teaming up with Sky Athletic Club to host an indoor cycling event in the town of Rockville Centre, Long Island; just blocks from the Long Island Railroad.
There will be two spinning sessions; each lasting one hour. [NOTE: Session 2 is now closed.] Lunch will be served and Nutritionist Gina Knecht, MA, LMSW, CHC, will be on-site to dispense meal-planning tips and other helpful information. If you can't sign up to spin, then please donate in honor of someone who does!
