School’s out. Your folks are in town. You have three scheduled holiday parties and a basket of goodies that was just delivered. The festivities of the season can often cause added stress.
Find out what our experts have to say about it. DRI’s Kellie Rodriguez MSN, CDE, CPT, provides tips from the clinical perspective, and PEP Squad’s Ilene Vinikoor, DCSW, LMFT, offers up ideas from the psychological viewpoint.

Most children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of a cure danced in their heads. But little Sammy Schechter was up on a stage, raising more money than some twice his age!
